We are a family run business and feel privileged that between us, we have all the necessary levels of expertise to take a project that if it is in our capabilities and scope of work, that we could take it from the design phase ,to manufacturing and assembly if required, through to final product.This saves unnecessary costs as we can try to complete the whole project from start to finish, if and when the possibility exists.

We are a small concern but in that lies the benefit that we enjoy getting to know our customers better and vise versa and this is super beneficial in understanding each other and working together with a common goal in mind ie getting that final product out as envisaged by yourself to your satisfaction.

We have been in business since 2004, when we started with our CNC router machine, making labels and faceplates for ourselves, inhouse. This was predominantly for the electrical and automation division of our business. As this workload increased it led to us eventually having the need to create firstly the router division and subsequently the laser engraving & cutting divisions as the demand increased also for satisfying enquiries that we were getting from other potential customers.

We saw some potential by us having laser and router equipment complimenting each other, that could be used to help others with laser and router work, doing things that were not our normal mundane day to day labels and faceplates and which was rather exciting and enjoyable. In this diversification of fulfilling the needs of the new customers, we too, all found much gratification. Especially seeing how we could be part of and assist in bringing some of these customers ideas to completion and a happy face and by us just doing what we enjoy doing.

We have mainly been helping small entrepreneurs who had great ideas but no means of putting them to practice or taking to market. We also found ourselves at times being involved in brainstorming with our customers in seeing if we could not speed up or improve on design and or bring material costs down. All in all, just trying to present an improved product at best cost and in reasonable time frames. We have found that we learnt a lot more new methods and tricks of the trade so to say and were being exposed to a whole lot more different materials that we were usually used to. Yet, we were also able to offer some of our experience and pass on to our clients. It's always a learning curve either way and we have subsequently gained fair experience till now, in most materials commonly used in the laser and router industry but we are always up to the challenge should some other material be considered that we have not dealt with before. Always a first time for everything.

With specifically our new RF co2 industrial laser machine with an engraving area of 700 x 1240mm and extra pass through capabilities, we are more geared up for mass production rather that the once-off cuttings and engravings. However, we have always done our best to assist customers if and when the need arises. This being especially should it be that this once off item, may be part of a prototype, that may lead to or benefit further production. We will be more than happy to assist in getting your project through the various stages that we can assist in, till you have a ready to market product.

We do however regret, that we are not a public walk in business persae and so we please ask that if required, or should the need arise to consult in person, that an appointment is made prior. This also gives us both the benefit of giving you the dedicated attention to discuss and understand your requirements fully. We would like to make mention that we are quite flexible in this regard and have in the past and are willing to accommodate after hours assistance should this help in anyway, to suite you and or your possible busy schedule. We are a Silverton based concern and mainly service customers in this and the surrounding Pretoria area but having said this we have customers giving us return business that are happy with our services even though they are in Johannesburg areas.
